Property Inspection Fee: EUR 300 per property
(Regardless of the size of the property)

The fee includes:

• Travel within Budapest and Pest County
• On-site inspection
• Instrument-based testing and measurements
• Verbal consultation
• Delivery of photographs taken during the inspection

There are no additional costs. The service is VAT-exempt, and the above price is the final gross amount.

Payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer on site, or via Revolut. The invoice will be sent by email.

The above fee of EUR 300 applies to properties located in Budapest and Pest County.
