Szabó Zoltán
Qualified Engineer
I graduated from Vági István Vocational Secondary School for the Construction Industry in 1985 and from Ybl Miklós Technical College of Building and Construction in 1988.
With more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry, I bring extensive practical and technical knowledge to every property inspection. Over the decades, I have gained a thorough understanding of the building structures, construction methods, technical solutions and common defects characteristic of different periods of construction.
When inspecting a property, I look beyond its visible condition. I also consider how the age and construction of the building may affect its long-term condition, what potential technical risks may be present, and what maintenance, repairs or future renovation work may be required.
My professional work is carried out under the relevant engineering chamber authorisations. I am qualified as a Construction Technical Inspector and Responsible Technical Manager, and I am a member of the Budapest and Pest County Chamber of Engineers.

I believe that a property inspection should provide buyers with clear, honest and understandable information. The purpose of an inspection is not simply to identify visible defects, but to give the buyer a realistic picture of the property’s true technical condition and any potential risks or future costs.
This allows buyers to make an informed decision based on professional assessment rather than relying solely on first impressions, the seller’s statements or the appearance of recent renovations.
